At Radius10, we know that leadership — especially in healthcare — is not a one-size-fits all solution. With over 35 years of collective post-acute care experience, Emily and Angie both know all too well the ability of an interim or temporary executive director to either make, or break, a team and building. They are changing this status quo with Radius10 and their Client Organizations no longer have to choose between a license or a leader.
Leadership
Emily D. Tisdale and Angie M. Light lead the vision for Radius10, a company they’ve envisioned since first meeting as co-workers in post-acute care in 2006. With nearly 40 years of combined experience throughout the healthcare continuum, they are accustomed to partnering with hospitals, skilled nursing, long-term care, and medical home- and community-based organizations throughout the United States to achieve strategic goals and sustainable ROI.
From state and federal regulations, operations, leadership, strategy, finance, marketing, sales, and business development, Emily and Angie are experts in analyzing, developing, and implementing workflows that support their client’s short-term and long-term goals.
Their years of experience in the corporate world and their individual entrepreneurial ventures equip them to bring a uniquely global, solutions-focused approach to their client’s challenges.
