Are HR Teams the Next Wave of the Great Resignation?

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics noted that over 4 million Americans quit their jobs last year. Employees between 30 and 45 years old had the most significant increase in resignation rates. This tells us we need to do a better job with work/life balance to avoid the next great resignation. This age group is likely experienced in their role and still has an entire career ahead of them, so they want a position they enjoy going to every day.
